Wilson Creek Open at Betsy's Store 2019

Use this form to register your team for the 3rd Annual Casting for Hope Wilson Creek Team Challenge at Betsy's Old Country Store on November 9. This team event will be a Bronze level event in Casting for Hope's 2019 series leaderboard, meaning each angler's finish will have a multiplier of one. For team scoring purposes for an overall team winner, team member scores will be combined. For the purposes of the leaderboard, each individual team member will be scored individually. This is a competitor-controlled event. Each team will fish two sessions and judge two sessions.The entry for this event will open to the first 20 two-person teams to enter and pay their registration fee of $100 per team, or $50 per angler. Registration payment can be sent via PayPal to [email protected], or you can request an invoice to pay by debit/credit card or bank transfer from [email protected].

While we will use FIPs scoring, the fishing rules will be the same as our Cherokee Classic--strike indicators, lead, tying from the bend or eye of hooks, both anglers fishing at the same time...all will be allowed. Hooks MUST be debarbed. The field will be limited to the first 20 teams to register.

Saturday, November 9

7:00-8:00: Angler Meeting and Registration

8:00-8:30: Travel to and scouting of beats for Session 1

8:30-10:00: Fishing Session 1

10:00-10:30: Travel to and scouting for Session 2

10:30-12:00: Fishing Session 2

12:00-2:00: LUNCH and Returning of Scores

2:00-2:30: Travel to and scouting for Session 3

2:30-4:00: Fishing Session 3

4:00-4:30: Travel to and scouting for Session 4

4:30-6:00: Fishing Session 4

6:00-6:45: Returning Scores

7:15: Announcement of Winners
